Youngmin used to be in AB6IX until he fucked up and got caught (DUI). Since leaving the group, he took some time to reflect, did his military service, and has now re-debuted as a solo artist. As he seems to have reflected and reformed, we're giving him another chance because that's what we do in this household.
look, I have very little patience for DUI in particular for personal reasons, but inasmuch as Youngmin appears to have cleaned up his act, I'm willing to give him another shot. It's unfair that he's getting this second chance when others haven't, yes, but that's not his fault.

Ok, so I think their lyricist used "Bonnie and Clyde it" as another way of saying doing things according to their own wants/desires/rules, which... Okay, fine, but still probably not the best metaphorical phrase for that? Then again, most people, if they know it at all, only know the romanticized version of their story, so...
