Throwing it back to 2018 and the debut release of the first publicly out gay idol, Holland, with an MV that got either censored or banned for being "too risqué" despite being far less sexual than a lot of uncensored straight romances. He's always had to self-produce/self-fund as an out gay idol and doesn't hide that he's been physically assaulted even for daring to be himself in public in Seoul. He continues to release music under his own label and we love him for it. 💖
